Description

This fan favorite from Alan Moore's "Top 10" super-police series is a pencil-necked geek coursing with electricity. Ha offered to do a version with his skull crackling with energy under the skin, but I didn't want to obscure his wonderfully expressive features. Ha also made this piece in about 15 minutes! Wow.
