His appearance of high society brings high anxiety whenever a Penguin story is in the making. A proper fellow of etiquette and refinement, The Penguin's gentleman demeanor hides a mean streak that he can't overcome whenever the Batman foils his plans. De La Rosa puts all of these ideas into a fun drawing that is timeless.
