It is one of my new favorites! I was having a hard time finding the inker and though Mahnke did it himself, but I was able to confirm Friend is credited as the inker.

Thanks man! I was SOO excited when I got the commission spot. I knew Brett would get the right look and feel. I reached out to Norm Rupmond to do the inking but havent gone through with it yet.

Thanks! I got real lucky when I picked this up. I was hoping to get a commission from Sean at the time (back in 2016) but his rep at the time said he wasnt doing that and didnt have any plans to come to west coast. I figured I should get something since I was eyeing these pieces for so long. Shortly after I think Sean went solo, dropped the rep and pulled all the pages and he still rarely does commissions.

Now that you mention it, I think its the evolution of style that attracted me to this piece since it doesnt look like Nicks other work. Just love the lip bit and William Dafoe look.

Thanks, I remember not being able to decide which page I should buy at the time. This was back in 2016 when the pages were only a small fraction of what prices are today for his work and OA in general. Finally went when this piece since it has 2 out the 3 main characters in it, and that middle panel is a great representation of the whole series IMO.
