Description

I love when a piece inspires deep thought and/or introspection. I also love Steve McNiven's art and his ability to channel the greats that have come before us into his work.

Even as a prelim, I can feel the emotion across this page that he created for Marvel Comics issue 1000 in 2019. McNiven channels Moebius while still keeping it his own.

McNiven definitely designed this page with the master's vision in mind! The loose and flowing lines also point to McNiven achieving a scientific balance to be pleasing to the eye.

This is so damn cool! The Moebius inspiration is fantastic, and McNiven pakcs in the great linework and detail even in the prelim. Love it.

Definitely an homage to the Moebius story. So beautifully done. Pencils so tight, you don't need the finished art!

Wow! What an amazing prelim by Steve McNiven. He does seem to be channeling Moebius in this page. Phenomenal pencils, it would hardly seem neccessary to do inks. This art is pretty much ready to rock. Great pick-up, congrats!
