DescriptionI know JK Woodward for his Star Trek work but I couldn't resist from asking him to do a Babylon 5 piece. And did he knock it out the park. I wanted Sheridan to be the front and center focus. I grew up watching Babylon 5 so it was important to get a piece representing it.This is another giant 18"x24" piece. I gave JK Woodward a list of tiers of characters I want in the piece. Was blown away he got 10 characters plus the station. I'm really impressed regarding the amount of character he did and he made it work. Social/Sharing |

Yeah normally he does 12x18 but with soo many characters I asked if he did larger pieces. Well after the first piece he did (The "In The Pale Moonlight DS9 piece) since it as 4 characters it wasn't cramped but more characters would be. My 2nd piece always was gonna be The Far Beyond the Stars DS9 episode which has a lot of key characters for the episode. So I was like not gonna do it since it would be cramped on a 12x18. Then he said 18x24 and I was like yeah perfect. He totally utilizes the characters and the space perfectly.

Woodward makes these collages with very spot on likenesses into a whole new class of artwork. Everyone on them idealized with felling and personality behind them.

Really nice piece. A phenomenal cast, too many of whom left us way too soon.

Excellent topic choice, and Woodward does his usual stellar job. Love the Sheridan expression!
