The Folder it's in are for the Pencil Doom pieces. I have separate folders for Inks and colors. Yeah there are a lot.
AWESOME!!!! I'm glad you are so passionate to own the page. It definitely went to the right home.
Challenge Flag!!!!!
Metallica performed at Black Sabbaths last show. They weren't paid. So your comment is incorrect

Couldn't really ask for anything more than that. I love it
I'm soo glad you love the page and that it arrived safely. And now seeing it in your gallery makes me happy. The emotion of Thor is soo powerful.
I am a fan of Spider-Mans villains. Not really a Spidey fan. But I try to get Original Art pages showcasing them. Man you got a bunch here. Outstanding detail as well.
All Hail Doom!!!!! Such a sweet FF page featuring Doom. The many angles of Doom gives it a cinematic feel.
Thank You Nate. I'm still working on getting better. This one was difficult for me.
Not many do Watercolor as well as Maleev. The haze feel this piece has is outstanding. How it reflects off the shield and Caps body adds soo much depth to the piece. Truly Beautiful
I just saw Dexter Vines. And he didn't ink this or the other page from this book
Such amazing detail as we have come to expect from Vincenzo.
Man the detail is uncanny. The saliva dripping from the teeth. Now that is an artist who takes his time to give photo like realism in a piece. It feels soo real
Wow. As Doom fan and collector this is amazing. I was assigning John Davidson as an inker to a page I posted and wanted to see his other work. This is outstanding. Inking Portacio is a huge deal. This really focuses on the depth of the mask. I love it.
Ahhh Nice touch with the Lamppost. Bagley finished up those commissions and delivered. I went with a pencils only torso.
Thank you. I was really intimidated taking on this piece. And I like to color pieces edge to edge. Making the sky and ground look like it has some depth I attempted here. I still need improvement on blending colors. But it was fun to do. I'm glad you liked how it came out
Hott Damn!!!! I see Wolverine! Cyclops! Storm! Nightcrawler! Damn who isn't in this page. This is a fully loaded page of great X-Men by Byrne/Austin. Congrats!!!
Hott Damn!!!
That's definitely a Marvel Masterpiece!!!!
Such a beautiful painting that ended up being used as a cover. Congrats
Thank you. In all honesty my set of 216 Alcohol Markers lack depth on the Brown side. I wasn't able to get a spot-on color for that brownish-red color. This Rose Red color that I used I felt was different but gave it a lighter background. Made it pop more.
Hii!!!! Well I figured it out. The Art was used for the flip side of the inside cover for the DVD. I added an additional picture showing how it appeared if you are curious.
Jose Luis is such a talented artist. He pencils soo much detail. Morales really broadcasts those tight detailed pencils in his inks. Beautiful piece
Wow! What an action packed page. A triple threat of Nightcrawler, Storm and Colossus is an interesting pairing. Congrats on acquiring this one
What a beautiful piece!!! Ribic has such a unique art style. The images seem to pop off the page. And the Splatter has a real 3D Effect. And seeing Thor kick some ass is always a pleasure to see. What an outstanding cover that I'm sure is a centerpiece of your collection.
Outstanding detail. Craig does magic with those colored pencils.
Ramona slipped and fell a couple years ago. Shattered her elbow. From what I heard was the thickness of those books makes it difficult.
Yeah The Rams should be better than people expect. In the fantasy football league I run I actually went with Chargers QB Justin Herbert though
The main details are around the border on the front. The back just has the Title and Artist assignment info. I don't know if The Editor wrote it. But all my Night Glider pages have that and they are all in the same hand writing. I don't think it's Jack Kirby. Would be kool though.
Oh it did sell a while ago. I just am late to posting it. I'm now adding all my pencil pieces to my CAF
Beautiful piece here. So that is how the inks came out. I got the pencil piece in my collection. I love the shiny look he gave to it. And the blood on the claws is a sweet touch.
Wow!!!!! Really digging the way you inked Batman. Made him feel like he's a 3D figure. Just the right amount to not completely black him out and not have him stand out too much.
THIS IS SOO BAD ASS YEAH!!!!!!!!
I just started uploading my caricatures. And I came across this one. James is a Metal God YEAHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Love how the hair is drawn. Like a 1988-1992 look for James. Metallica Forever
11"×14". I note the size and type of paper in the description portion of everything I post
Thank you. I was only posting the pieces I've had scans colored of. But now posting all of em. I'm just getting started. I got a lot more to post.
Wow this is beautiful. I love the whole in the shadows feel to the piece. And man The Punisher is soo badass. Beautiful work
This is a total gem. To have a colored piece of Batman by one of the most influential Batman Artists ever is worthy of admiration. And Holy Shit that was an Electrifying Night!!!!! The Rock must have reached out to the Millions!!!!!!!! And Millions!!!!!!!
The Way of the Warrior was such a great episode. Garak reacting to drinking it was perfect. And how they compared it to The Federation was a very interesting "olive branch". I wish Garak and Quark had more scenes together. JK set the tone of this scene well. It was a dark and desperate moment that really seems to transfer well on this piece. Love the detail in Quarks as usual colorful outfits.
Ahhh you got a Mobili commission at NYCC as well. I love his style. I went with Doom. Didn't get a colored one though. This came out great.
I purchased this one. I gotta say you did an amazing job. I love the detail and your coloring is amazing. A beautiful way to honor George Pérez 👍
Hott Damn!!!!! This is why I love getting pieces from Woodward. This is soo chilling. Worked in the Bat Signal for a bust commission as well. And that rain effect feels soo real
Mike is a great artist. I really can't wait to see him at a convention again.
Yeah normally he does 12x18 but with soo many characters I asked if he did larger pieces. Well after the first piece he did (The "In The Pale Moonlight DS9 piece) since it as 4 characters it wasn't cramped but more characters would be. My 2nd piece always was gonna be The Far Beyond the Stars DS9 episode which has a lot of key characters for the episode. So I was like not gonna do it since it would be cramped on a 12x18. Then he said 18x24 and I was like yeah perfect. He totally utilizes the characters and the space perfectly.
Thank you for visiting my CAF page. Yeah the OG (I posted a photo of the OG as an additional image) is really mangled and in poor shape. I got it from an art dealer (They noted the poor condition). I felt this is the best way to keep it alive and vibrant. Pascoe is a master and he kept the soul of the piece and added to it in an amazing way.
JK Woodward does outstanding work. And it was refreshing requesting this commission because JK is a fan and really knew deep down what I wanted. Plus this was one of my favorite Star Trek episodes of all time.
Indeed. This was one of the best reegarding addressing major issues in history. That and the episode called Past Tense (2 Parter) which by chance took place around present day. They weren't that far off regarding predicting todays climate.
