Old school pulp style by Robbins who dominates with the heavy inking and signature character work! It works very well in this overwhleming fully black background piece that dominates the look of the cover.

That's a very unchivalrous fascist. The Shadow knows, though, and has some opinions. Very nice work by Robbins. It's a perfect stormy scene, with lots of moody ink. Great cover. Congrats!
