Claw enters an alien dimension searching for the weapon that will allow him to defeat the monster N'Hgthss.

Claw was created by David Michelinie and Ernie Chan and resembles Conan the Barbarian. He was apparently created to take advantage of the popularity of Conan.

This is another page from early in Keith's career.
The listed inkers for this book were
Oscar Novelle, Luis Dominguez and Ricardo Villagr�n. I don't believe this page is by Dominquez, so one of the other two.

Great bottom panel, mixing the Sword & Sorcery genre with Science Fiction! Really cool to see such early Giffen work from BEFORE he was temporarily a "hot artist" while on Legion!
