Byakko is on a mission of vengeance and she is after Superman. Superman has been incapacitated and Traci Thirteen; Cir-El, Natasha Irons and Lana Lang try to defend him.

I picked this page up at Heroes Con strictly for the artistic value. I just loved the design of the page and did not recall the storyline.
On this page Lana sits with the unconscious Superman when Byakko appears.

I've never heard of any of those characters you mention aside from Lana Lang, but it doesn't matter because Ferry gave this page a great sense of graphic design!
