DescriptionWhile I left Heroes 2022 with a fistful of commissions, not all of them were, strictly speaking, of that con. Instead, the wonderful Cam at Inky Knuckles brought down some long standing piece of mine, and this is one of them.I've been keen to see this in person ever since I saw it posted on social media, and it does NOT disappoint. I am fully enamored of this treatment of Big G's helmet, and the use of screen tones is perfect. This is a Ferarri of a commission - pure beauty in motion (love the Surfer board trail use of negative space). Congrats!

So many different textures created here and I really like the negative space trail left by the Surfer's board.

I couldn't agree more with you on the screen tone use! Love the way the surfers board line leads the eye straight to Galactus hand for what I think is the money shot! Huge congrats ML, your Galactus collection keeps getting better and better!

The use of screentones and values here really make the power effect and Surfer streak POP. Great piece by Marco...I patiently await mine...

Really love this one. Galactus just massive and Silver Surfer looks so tiny in comparison (as he should).
