Description

Way back in the year 1990, Marvel decided that their First Family just weren’t up to the razor-sharp edginess of the extreme new decade, so a new idea was born. A New Fantastic Four consisting of Spider-Man, Wolverine, Hulk and Ghost Rider arose, setting aside their lone-wolf attitudes to fight like a family. Now, almost 30 years later, they’re back in “Fantastic Four” #22, the “Empyre” tie-in. This is the 2nd cover appearance of Spider-man and Wolverine's new F4 costumes designed by Nick Bradshaw but 1st interior appearance of the costumes. Screenshot in additional images.

8.5" x 11" pencil prelim drawn on art board by Nick Bradshaw. Drawn using a combination of traditional pencils and blue colored pencil. This is the original pencil layout for Fantastic Four #22. Nick then blueline printed this image to an 11" x 17" board where he's signature hyper detailed inks. Nick made changes to the head position of Spidey and Wolverine on the final cover. Once in a while Nick draws a prelim that's more detailed and thankfully this was one of those times.
