DescriptionSeptember 1990, Deathlok #3, Page #7, Denys Cowan pencils/Rick Magyer inks, “Dam if he Don’t”, twice-up, Origin page.This great page was from the 4 Part square bound Prestige Format mini-series that debuted before Deathlok’s regular series began in 1991. All four issues had painted covers and were 52 pages. All pages were also twice up size. The last panel is a stunning image of Michael Collins aka Deathlok describing his Origin to the soldiers. Cowen and Magyar make for one heck of a team! The gritty splattery layer over the dark tones had depth and emotion put into the images. they do not shy away from Deathlok looking every bit the monstrosity he has turned out to be, but still a man with a determined will to fight on.
