I really thought this was going to go higher that I wanted to spend but I got lucky on it. Never thought I�d own a John Buscema Hulk. A pretty simple sketch but still very powerful

Even though he was most likely sick with the cancer that took his life, still a powerful image. Buscema was like Kubert.....a natural. All his characters were always in balance. To me, he was the realistic Kirby. I would have loved to see Giacoia inks on this. Congrats on having this gem in your collection !

Thanks. I don't know how I would pick my favorite between Kubert or Buscema. To me they are both iconic

Pretty cool as the pose has that balanced pose for the Hulk who has outsized muscles requiring a more dynamic base!
