Description

The unpublished issue tied to his 1970s Portfolio New Heroes. The pencils were by Keith Pollard and Neal inked his Superman-like main hero - Megalith. The art was given to Romeo Tanghal (who marked on Neal's Crazyman #1) to finish the inks
However, the series was cancelled.
