DescriptionThis was done during the time that Tim was providing the covers for Punisher volume 7 issues #1 - 60 which ran 2004 - 2008. This piece was done in 2007, but was not used as one of the published covers. The details on this one are staggering. It really is impressive to look at and study in person. I also love the flashback to Frank's military days. Social/Sharing |

Damn! I circled this piece a while ago. It is a badass slice of the almighty Castle isnt it? The details are enough to suck you in as if serving just beside the man that becomes the legend. Congrats!

The reason why pieces like this or even the Punisher in my Gallery remained unpublished - except on CAF : ) - is beyond my comprehension. Truly impressive, congrats!

The style is very overwhelmingly Bradstreet and his vision can go to these dark places for the war abroad and against crime in the homefront.

The details in the foliage are hurting my eyes, brain and wrist just thinking of the time taken to render it. How is this not a cover?!

Amazing piece! Love the way the GIs blend into the art the same way they do into the jungle. Love it.

Surely there is a book looking for a kick-ass cover like this? Can't believe they didn't publish it. Thanks for posting!

Whoever decided to not publish this was smoking something.

Outstanding! Unreal realistic rendering, and done without any grey tones! Literally just his pen. I'm sure you've pored over this one lots, man. Congrats!
