I can't help it if you thrive on hubris...

Wonderful levels of depth. Which ones are window and which is a painting is up to the viewer to decide.

This just blew my mind. Now I'm looking at the piece in a new way.

You have to assume the middle is the window because if it were a painting, why would she be standing so close to it watching?
Gorgeous!

That's a pretty big gap in between the paintings then.

Also, (and, yes, this is still on my mind. That attests to how great this piece is.) presumably the windows would be installed before any furniture is. So the windows would be the same size. They are not though. Because the apartment owner commissioned the paintings after her had that piece of furniture there and didn't want it to block the painting, he/she commissioned a smaller painting on the right side.

Beautiful piece. It really pulls you right into the room with that perspective. I love that the center window can be interpreted as trees in the city or a complete seperate world/escape (In my opinion). I imagine this resonates with you in a different way after the previous restrictions in the city the past few years.

Retro and modern at the same time. Love the vibe.
