Description

Great page from Leopold's first story done on Vampirella. Quite different from Gonzalez--more like Jose Ortiz in my book. But, you gotta love how he does Vampi as a bat! Funny thing is, I love that same aspect on Ortiz's Vampirella stories as well. Both mentioned artists only did a small amount of stories on Warren's female dynamo

The bat form has a nice leathery texture as she goes on the hunt, but her transformed into Vampirella form still has her body language hunched down still hungry.

Thanks! Every collector concentrates on Gonzalez from the Warren years. But there were many others who did a great job on her as well--
