Yay! Scott's leadership and plan worked. Now the Acanti ship that could have got them to Earth in time to save it is mortally wounded. Can the X-Men once again overcome the incompetence of Cyclops? Find out next issue!
This Cockrum space opera story harkens back to the end of his first X-Men run and gives us Cyclops' origin on why his parents left him and his brother only one parachute before leaving them in the middle of a plane ride. I'm guessing they only wanted Alex to survive.
