DescriptionEvents don't get much bigger than Age of Apocalypse, and Legion Quest started the whole thing. This was always my favorite cover with Legion and one of the most memorable and unique of the whole LQ/AoA series. The X-Men logo is hand drawn by Andy. As a 90's kid I am super happy to have this in my collection.This cover was also used for the Legion Quest Hardcover, the back cover of Book 1 of the collected Age of Apocalypse, and I believe it was also used for the front cover of a French Age of Apocalypse partial collected edition as well. I too practically howl at the moon when a fellow 90s baby reclaims a piece of themselves. The fact that it's as eXceptional as the key seed of THEE X-Men event of them all...must be indescribable. Congrats!

For sure. Prior to this, Legion was always a little goofy looking in my opinion.This image completely changed my perspective on him and this event made him one of my favorite mutants.

This is great. Like many other commentors, all us 90s kids/teens remember this cover. I had no idea the logo was hand drawn. Just great stuff here. Congrats.

Thanks, Anthony! At first I didn't realize the X-Men logo was drawn either as the Legion Quest logo is a stat on an overlay. The back of the art has sketches for what the Legion Quest logo should look like with a color guide which is pretty neat.

Legion Quest cover, wow! That's huge, such an amazing precursor to one of my favorite eras, and this cover brings up all the fuzzy feels of nostalgia. What a great piece and beautiful art at that, even without all the tremendous history.
