I've been wanting to pick up a Mike Perkins Swamp Thing page. So when I saw this one pop up on CAL very affordable I snatched it up. Great transformation pag and solid images on the top and bottom panels.

Razor cuts! The close up is awesome! Perkins dials up b&w classic horror movies with that wash tone.

Love how the transformation leads to the next 2 panels, namely that eye shot! Powerful stuff. Congrats!

I saw this during the con and hoped someone would pick it up. It's a prettydamned good page and wasone of my favourites in this issue. I love the top panel ashe'stethered to the tree, and I always love Mike's closeups that zero in on a character's eyes. Nice buy, Jason!
