DescriptionSometimes, life can be funny. This piece was meant for someone else. However, the other person rejected this piece, for reasons I cannot fathom, and this piece has now ended up in my collection, for which I am grateful. As you may already know, I have many Kitty's in my CAF gallery. However, this is my first Kitty and Lockheed piece where the figures are in close-up. As always, Smitty excels in rendering these characters. The Lockheed in this piece is especially superb. A girl and her dragon, against the world. Social/Sharing |

Okay, okay! We get it. You love PMS, and you love his trademark characters Kitty & Lockheed. Nothing wrong with that. I mean, there are so many galleries on this site devoted entirely to one character. At least yours is a little more well rounded. Not that I would mind spending hours browsing through a gallery full of PMS Kitty & Lockheed pieces. Congrats on your good fortune with this one.

I don't think you have a problem. Never enough Kitty and Lockheed! I love the facial expressions in this piece: Lockheed's joy and Kitty's intensity.

Looks like Arya Stark training with a heavy broad sword with how natural she looks holding it with the tension of her arms and wrists.

I love the comparison to my favorite Stark, Marcus! And thank you for highlighting the way her arms are posed. Smitty never makes it easy on himself with his poses, he seems to always pick the most complicated pose possible...and then makes it work.

I'd have to question the judgment of anyone who would reject this wonderful piece.
