This is a page from the DC graphic novel adaptation of Harlan Ellison's classic sci-fi story created the the TV show The Outer Limits in 1963. It was illustrated by the late great Marshall Rogers.

You can tell Rogers was using really refined inking by all the little brush marks on the borders just to get the right line every time.
