DescriptionWolverine #90 was one of my favorite books from the nineties. This was the lead in to Age of Apocalypse (heluva storyline, btw). In my opinion, this whole issue of Wolverine battling Sabretooth with all its double, triple, and quadruple page splashes was Adam Kubert's Magnum Opus. Outstanding! Really hard to top as a Wolvie or Kubert page. Great action, great storytelling, unique layout...this one really does have it all. Jelly over here! Congrats!

My favorite sequence in the book. 3 pages vertically telling a story so perfectly. What a great fight. You've cornered the CAF market on vertical dps's!!

Wow! Non-stop Wolverine vs Sabretooth battle scenes on a vertical TRIPLE page splash! Does it get any better than this? What do you say, Magic 8 Ball? "Don't count on it." You said it, Magic 8 Ball! It's like looking at a high octane movie reel. Kubert laid this out so beautifully. And I gotta say, Dan Green always brought the heat when he inked these two forever foes going at it. Major congrats!

This is definitely the one of the best Wolverine comic sequence by Adam Kubert that I have ever seen! Maybe one of the best by any artist...

HOLY SH*T!!! Absolutely f*@king gorgeous. Cant get over how great this page is. Will be revisiting this one often. Grail piece for anyone. An incredible addition to a truly epic collection. Thanks for sharing and a heartfelt congrats!!

Jawdropping page from Adam Kubert! I don't know when I've seen a series of pages that left me so breathless. Everything about this page is designed to make a reader feel the impact of the battle! I love the crazy layout and the tight closeups of the two combatants. And Dan Green's inks really enhance the frenetic nature of the battle. Great, great, great page!
