This piece is the cover of edition #5 of the German PERRY RHODAN paperback edition called Planetenromane (Planet Novels). It was published under the titel 'Die verh�ngnisvolle Expedition' (The Fateful Expedition) in 1964.

This artwork was professionally cleaned and the background white slightly refreshed by current Perry Rhodan illustrator Arndt Drechsler-Zakrzewsk.
