DescriptionThis was one of the most memorable issues of Hulk for me. First, it had a great green foil cover that homaged issue 1. Secondly, I bought this issue at the comic shop in the mall which was on the second floor. I walked over to the edge to look over onto the first floor and dropped the comic. I ran down to retrieve the comic only to find the corner dented from the fall :(. Thirdly, this was during the Keown era which was great, but since it was an anniversery issue there other stories and pin ups by various creators that had worked on Hulk over the years. This story was done by legendary creator Herb Trimpe, this was after Herbe had changed his drawing style. This was a story of a criminal that had been thwarted by various versions Hulk (inadvertently) over the years. Here he thinks he will finally have his revenge as he fires the bazooka at the person in the bed who he assumes is Rick Jones. He shoots, RA-BLAM!! Spoiler, it's not Rick, but once again the Hulk! cool Trimpe page and yes for sure from a great issue from the Keown period, loved that homage cover. Bummer about dropping the comic and dinging it up like that but a great nostalgic memory nonetheless. Do you still have the comic? And if so what grade would it come back from CGC at haha?

Sadly no. That was in my first collection which has been gone for some time. A few years ago I did pick another copy up out of a dollar bin got it signed by Peter David and it got a 9.6

Awesome! This was a fantastic issue and this backup story was super memorable to me specifically because of the different ways Peter David had Hulk call Coyote Cash "stupid hood" across the years!

Very rare Trimpe return to the Hulk in the 90's! It's his last time working on the title.
