Description

This is a the painted cover that was used for the Hardware #11 cover. Walter Simonson's line art was transferred on to heavy smooth hot press paper that Milestone Color Editor and artist, Noelle Giddings, hand-painted as the original camera ready art for print of the comic book cover. This book opened up the first crossover event for Milestone Comics with Shadow War. Great action cover as Hardware is going all out with firing the missile and visibly seeing his arsenal on his back. Pencils and inks done by Walt Simonson with all paints done by Noelle Giddings.

It's one cover that brings the wow factor! Simonson covers are rare and this one is direct and powerful coming right at the audience!
