Description

Random pickup from Comic Connect Auction. I don't know that I wsa even looking for anything. I certainly wasn't looking for this. Once I saw "Shaman's Tears" though my interest peaked. I remember clearly when this issue came out back in the Image Comics heyday of the early 90's. All that Red Foily Goodness will be seared into my brain like a bad ex.

I couldn't tell you much about the book. I was looking so forward to the native american themed content. I must not have been too impressed with the story since I only got the first 2 issues. But I'll always remember the cover. And now I have a really meh page from the issue.

The 90's were good.

Almost the entire book has killer pages and panels. There are like 3 "meh" pages, and this is one of them. That being said, I've never seen another page from issue 1 offered up anywhere. I'm going to have to start looking for a better example....

It's a pretty rare thing to see this in the wild as you can tell there are a lot of Grell art fans on CAF. This is one of those 90's books that was speculated on because it was Image and Grell was introduced to a new generation of fans.
