Description

19�x21� (frame 27�x29�) This was the first, original piece of artwork I ever bought. Done in the early 80s, I purchased it in 1988 from the Pendragon Gallery in Annapolis, MD. Originally done for the James Bond movie, Never Say Never Again, I don�t believe it was ever used. The girl and snake portion of the drawing is published on page 62 of the book, Boris Vallejo Fantasy Art Techniques, published by Arco, 1985.

Very nice throwback with the Dr. No elements to remind the audience of Connery's greatest 007 moments ahead of his final outing as James Bond.

In highschool, I had Boris's art book that had the woman wrapped in a snake. I never knew the story behind it. Thanks for sharing.
