Description

A zingy depiction by Riba in which CIA agent Lecomte checks out of his hotel and is pleasantly surprised by ‘a delightful creature’ he recognises as the occupant from the next room who challenges him thus, ‘you’re leaving already? … It will be empty without you!’ Literally true of course but he smoothly replies, ‘you were perhaps counting on me to fill your evening, my darling?’ On the next page she tells him she's married to an octogenarian and things get dull at night. Since our hero is off on a mission it stays that way for a while.

However they meet later in this tale of skuldugery by neo-Nazis, when she turns out to be the producer of a pro Hitler war film, 'The Return of the Fuhrer', financed by them. See the strip of a later episode where the glamorous Olga Wiener nurses a flesh wound for a new stuntman in the movie, sustained by an unsolicited stray live round, hitting - yes you guessed - Lecomte!
