Okay, it's been a tough decision to make because both are so good, but I'm now convinced that Gerardo has surpassed his own father as an artist. Wonderful piece, Andy!

That is super cool!  Great homage to the Frank Miller Wolverine Limuted Series 1 cover.  I miss Old/Dead Man Logan.  Even though he was old/dead, he was very vibrant.

OMG! This Dead Man Logan cover by Gerardo Zaffino is a stunning piece of work! Oh sure, on one level, it's an homage to Wolverine #1, but it's so much more than that! Zaffino's rough-hewn lines and scruffy style really let you feel how the long-lived mutant must feel after all those years of being battered and bloodied. It's the perfect portrait of a man near the end of his life but still standing, still fighting, still standing up for his beliefs. As you may be able to tell, I love this cover. Sincerest congrats on picking it up.
