Description

38�x42� (frame 48�x52�) Painted in the early 2000's; purchased in 2006. We had always loved the way Gorban did paper and had cherries and marbles and a child in a lot of his paintings. When we saw this one and it combined all the elements that we loved about his work, and the price was right, we made it the center piece of our family room.

The sentiment it expresses is wonderful. Everything one wanted as a child learning through books and print, both fiction and non-fiction, to see and be part of the larger world.
