Description

This is from a graphic novel by Oni Press called Redline. I knew nothing of it. I went to the 45th anniversary sale of That's Entertainment, in Worcester Massachusetts, and they have a few artists there selling and sketching. He was selling his old pages from indy presses for cheap and I really liked the line work and the acting of his characters. The female in this page has so much personality and I love it. These events are so good for collectors because we can find artists we never heard of who are doing really good work.

The shot of her back is beautiful! The lacing and the little knife make it look so unique and more interesting than it should be.

I agree. It is the adding of unnecessary detail that creates character and tention that makes this page really work. Thanks all who are checking out these pages.
