Description

This early 1970s $0.20-cover-price-era of Cap is my personal golden-age. This era is synonymous with the Falcon as Cap�s partner (With the Falcon's Shaft-like-cool-hip-Jive dialogue to make even Bob Haney, the writer of DC COMICS �hip� 1960s series TEEN TITANS, envious.), the intro of the 1950s Captain America and Bucky, Serpent Squad, Yellow Claw, living-dead-mummies, �Who is the Phoenix?� storyline (Later a cool PowerRecords adapted comic), and of course, Nomad (�I�m renouncing my Captain America identity�FOREVER!!�. Sure�)

Add interior art by Our-Pal Sal Buscema with Steve Englehart scripting = instant classics.

Congrats on getting this cover John! Just reread these issues...some great story arcs in these issues --my faves are Serpent Squad, Yellow Claw (love those mummies), Phoenix (Zemo Jr) and Secret Empire!
