Description

There is an understated perfection to Olivier Coipel's recent art that is, for me, comic nirvana. I find an equal balance of tone to line and a simplicity of overall shape. There are textured places for your eyes to squint upon delicate detail and flatter areas to rest and fill with imagination. His characters are powerful yet not overly muscled, which can be unique in the superhero genre. I'm happy to own this cover featuring Sam and Steve, Captain Americas old and new.
