Originally posted this lovely caricature as potentially Peter Sellers, then thought it could be Robert Vaughn in Man from Uncle mode, but a most erudite and observant scholar of the medium (my bro!) has done his detective work and identified it with some certainty as Peter Sellers, specifically in Casino Royale!
