Once upon a time I was into Eisner's Spirit a lot! And then I came across this image by Bernie. Always wanted it. When it finally came up for auction, I had to have it!

Absolutely gorgeous. No one, but no one, drew graveyards as well as Bernie. Hats off to you! Thank you for sharing this knockout splash.

Hah! Bernie couldn't go wrong with a graveyard! I remember old Spirit stories by Eisner where the title would be a part of the art.

And the way Bernie gave homage to Eisner on this piece is just a treat for the eyes. 😄

The moment I saw an image of this years ago, I always wanted it. Now I feel like getting an Eisner piece to go with it. 😂

Brilliant Wrightson! I love how he did that title treatment within the context of a cemetary. Great piece, congrats!
