"Sorrente"

Prismacolor, charcoal, gamsol and paint pen on @ 17x12.5 Black paper.

My second artwork from James Martin and it is not typical of what he normally does, but I had to have it as it was so stunning. I love the contrast.

Inspiration is actress Sylvia Sorrente in the classic gothic horror film "Castle of Blood" (Italian: Danza Macabra). A 1964 horror film directed by Antonio Margheriti and Sergio Corbucci.

I love it. Its beautiful. Mint never framed.

Wow! The lighting effect on this is FANTASTIC! Hard to take my eyes off it. As someone who recently just got his first piece, I'm so happy to be part of the James Martin club.
