Terrific Legion of Super-Heroes page! Love Keith Griffin's work on this title! Beautifully inked by Al Gordon! Great pick-up!

You know, when the Dominators appeared i nthe Invasion mini-series, I remember thinking they were newly created villains for that specific series. But now that I know they've been around for a long time before then, I really enjoy seeing them appear here in these pages. They look like a really cool alien species. Maybe it's just because I've always loved the look of big, sharp teeth though!

Yeah - thay have been around for awhile.
They first appeared in Adventure Comics #361 (1967) written by Jim Shooter with art by Curt Swan and Jim Mooney. They appeared again in Legion of Super-Heroes #241–245 in the late 1970's.
