Description

I asked the legendary Neal Adams to create two pieces of the fabled Detective Sherlock Holmes. I wanted to frame them together, so I asked for them facing each other.

Neal did these Sherlock Holmes based on my favorite portrayals... the classic Basil Rathbone (1939-1947 Fox & Universal Studios) and the great Jeremy Brett (1984-1994 Granada Television/PBS). I think he knocked it out of the park!

There's actually another of Jeremy Brett smoking his trademark pipe that Adams did that he rejected. If you'd like to see that one it's in the additional images of the CAF listing.
