DescriptionI had the opportunity to talk to and pick this up from Mark at the 2024 NYCC. This is part of his D'fied Avengers line and is to be used in the Feb 2025 Marvel Solicitations- in this case, Captain America and Volstagg. I love it- it has a fun, JSC feel to it in my opinion. Thanks, Mark!Social/Sharing |

I've always enjoyed Mark's work. Simple and dangerously feminine. A definite JSC vibe.

Yes JSC, but Campbell's style has always been taking the Disney princess animation style to create the fairy tale versions of characters. Refreshing to see Brooks using it and demystifying why it's so appealing.

I didn't know Mark had originals for these D'ified characters, and now I regret not stopping by his table in Baltimore (I thought he did them all digitally). Congrats on the pickup!

I think they were originally all digital. He then printed out blue lines and inked over them. I think he has done 1 of 1 for them. I also think NYCC was the first time he was selling them and he had about 40 of the X-men ones.

Thanks for sharing that! I now feel less bad about not stopping by Mark's table at Baltimore. I was rushing through the show and didn't think I'd miss anything after seeing him at C2E2.

Lovely Widow and good to see I wasn't the only one to pick one up :) Congrats on your ownership.
