Cable before he became a big pad wearing stiff musclebound guy! Marvel went ahead with an X-Man series and it proved that young Cable had great appeal. A great origin backstory for Nathan and Ha's illustration style was done to make this story resemble word of mouth legend passed on through centuries.

I've never particularly cared for Ha's work, but THIS particular style is the one exception that I LOVE. The crazy thing is that I first saw it in a Batman story he drew and always thought it was the only thing he drew this way, until now!

Cool splash, Jason. Epic 90's detail with Askani'son holding that recognisable big-ass gun Cable is known for.
