i don't really have a "grail," but this Hellboy page was the absolutely favorite page in the history of comics of my friend James Wu. Few people knew more about comics. James died several years ago, way too young. I wanted desperately to buy this page for him, but was always too late as it went through the hands of several collectors, each of whom assured me they would "NEVER sell it!" (Comic art collectors are such frigging weirdos.) Now I own it, with many thanks to ZR, and it's hanging on my office wall where I look at it every day and think of James. #NeverForSale

It's hard to name a more iconic Hellboy moment. Congrats on such a meaningful page for both personal and artistic reasons!

Wow! What killer Hellboy page! Everything you want in a Hellboy page. So glad you picked it up. Sorry about your friend James. Life is so hard sometimes. Putting this page up in your office is a fitting tribute to him!

Certainly the most quotable sequence of Hellboy panel dialogue. I have said this countless times out loud to friends. Often to confused faces. Love it!
