Description

This is a bit of a grail for me. Simonson's run from this period were my favorite of the original Marvel Star Wars comics when I was a kid. I never thought I would own art from it. It's from the Tom Palmer collection, so that's pretty cool too!

This is also in the Simonson Star Wars Artist Edition.

Congrats! Simonson SW is still at the top of my list, hoping to maybe get lucky as the Palmer estate continues to trickle out.

Beautiful sequence! Two artists who work so well together to bring the movie look to the page! You can easily see this could be adapted back into film by Lucas.
