DescriptionAn interesting artistic combination. Von Eeden's experimental layout combined with Nino's experimental rendering.This art is on vellum, without any traces of pencils. If anyone has any information about the process of creation of this particular story, please share. Did Von Eeden pencil and ink the whole story and Alex Nino re-inked it on vellum? Did Von Eeden pencil on separate board which is now lost? Social/Sharing |

It looks great with the Nino inks on vellum and might even be sharper than if done on board.

I have contacted Trevor Von Eeden a few years ago via his Facebook page and during our exchange asked him about this particular story. At the time he couldn't remember anything about the story or come it came to be on veluum :(
