Description

Happy to add this unusual piece of art to my collection. This was purchased from an online benefit auction supporting the Writer's Strike in 2023. I wouldn't have known about the event but one of our prominent collector writers posted on Facebook. I was pretty excited when running through the auction I saw there was an Edlund Tick piece. Got to pick it up live in LA from one of the writers so that was cool as well - love to avoid the risk of mailing.

The image area is a pretty sizeable 16" x 16" - not sure I've seen a Tick image this big. If you are a fan, I have a panel page in one of my other galleries - also have a bunch of vintage Tick toys as I loved the cartoon.

If you want to buy a 16" Talking Tick figure in the box, let me know.

We wanted AI to help solve science problems that make life better, but now it's being used in arts that take away the job of creating human experiences. Have they gone mad? Don't they know the accountants already figured out that AI could do the job of a Studio head better?
