Wow! Stop teasing, Simon, you MUST replace this with a photo of the page withthe overlay flipped over to the backside of the page. Let us see the art! Fantastic full page splash of Darkseid, and by the legendary John Byrne. How cool!

YES! Now THIS is a better way to admire the art! Thanks, man, great stuff! I love how the solid black background creates the contrast to push him out into the foreground. A great villain splash that might even make JN80 envious!

Byrne, baby, Byrne!! Fantastic splash of one of Kirby's greatest creations, and when I see the smile on this one, I think of two things: 'cat' and 'canary' (or possibly 'spider' and 'fly'). I'm gonna go out on the ledge here and say this guy here shouldn't be trusted. I love the black background and how bold that makes the image and this moment (a smiling Darkseid?!?). Another great one, Simon! Congrats!
