DescriptionAnother warmup card from Jeff's WhatNot livestream! Kinetix has gone through a ton of costume and overall design changes, but this was definitely one of her most unique: after getting mixed up with a sorceress and gaining new, mystical powers, she wound up with pointed ears, slightly bigger eyes, a tattoo on her cheek, permanently-flowing hair, pale white skin, and a tail, of all things! Of all the new design elements, I was never the biggest fan of the chalk-white skin, so I had no complaints when Jeff accidentally gave her her usual skintone in this card. And what a card it is! I especially love that Jeff went with green for the background, which gives the impression that Zoe's manifesting her powers, and almost glowing because of them. And the attention to detail is just fantastic - note the slight shadow under the symbol on her chest to show that it's floating, and also the shadow of her hoop earring on the collar of her costume. I also love how well her red hair pops against all the green in the rest of the card! Social/Sharing |

This is one of my favorite of all the Moy sketch cards I've seen so far!

I definitely have to agree! Jeff really knocked this one out of the park!

The jawline, the pointed ear, the mascara, and the hair all point toward the upper right giviong her the suggestion of a trail of movement and energy. Very well put together from the color scheme, to the linework, and to the extra finishing shine.

I hadn't even thought about the sense of movement given by the facial features and hair, but you're absolutely right! Thanks for the added perspective, Marcus!
