Sad news. I just got word that Marie Severin passed away last night. Given her recent stroke, I think it was a blessing, but no less sorry to see her go.

The photo is of Marie (center) and John (left) and two cousins. She always had a smile on her face and will be sorely missed.

Very sad news--Marie was one of the greats, the world is a less colorful place without her in it.

Great photo and so sorry to hear this news! I was lucky to have met Marie at the 2001 San Diego Con! She was supremely talented and I'm lucky to have interacted with her a few times over the years.
