Description

The Lion King has been for a long long time one of my favorite Disney movies, and one to this day I continue to watch on a regular basis. When I saw this cover, I fell in love with it. I thought it really captured Scar, the hyenas and Rafiki really well, in a way that was really reminiscent of the movie. I think Jae Lee's inks in this one do a really great job providing texture and rendering the fur on all the characters, while the background depicts a somewhat dark and chaotic place. Definitely a fun cover with a lot of nostalgia!

Scar looks greatttttt!!! I love The Lion King, this is awesome man!
