Crazy team up mix! It makes for a challege to show the chemistry between very well known and strong personaities in the writing and in the artwork. Maybe Joker's mental state allows him to comprehend all the weird and occult happenings that even the Phanton Stranger can't figure out. Superman is out of his element and is having the toughest time of it.
